Fabio Vailati
Fabio Vailati was born in 1959 by a traders’ family. Soon after obtaining his school certificate at Istituto Gonzaga in Milan, he enters the family business and starts to improve it. In some years’ time he gives the business a boost and founds the Associazione Ascobayres which will soon become well-known at Confcommercio in Milan.
However, the family business does not seem to suffice anymore. In 1990 he steps into a packaging company’s shareholder and becomes the commercial manager. The company’s turnover multiplies by 15. In 2001 he enters the Gruppo Mixer, a company specialised in event planning. He manages the business and founds Evention Srl, a company focused on Luxury goods. Meanwhile, his passion for golf allows him to befriend professionals and businessmen.
Thanks to all these experiences Fabio Vailati manages the business and purchase scenarios. He becomes a professional investor in the real estate field; he is able to turn a wild piece of land into a successful lot, Masone Mannu, which will be given to a local entrepreneur. Finally, he makes up his mind: he decides to set up a scenario in which he could completely take advantage of, by siding it with the best real estate professionals.

Stefano de Angelis-Effrem
Stefano de Angelis-Effrem was born in 1963. After his degree in architecture at Politecnico Federale in Zurich, his professionalism moves towards three paths. He holds conferences all over the world on the new generation eco-friendly architecture principles. He becomes the council member for the city planning, road and traffic municipality of the town of Cantù, by applying these same concepts. He proves himself as an entrepreneur in deltaZERO, the inter-disciplinary planning project he himself co-founded.
As an associate of deltaZERO, Stefano de Angelis-Effrem manages the planning and realization of buildings which can integrate zero energetic consumption technological systems. DeltaROSSO building is ranked to be among the best successful examples winning the special prize of the Swiss Sola Agency as the best positive energy multi familiar building. In addition to this, he is a specialized consultant in the real estate recovery as well as in the reassessment of architectonic and urbanistic projects.
Fabio Vailati decides to involve him in his new Quid project as he has known his professionalism and has been collaborating with him for years. In this way, investors will be granted real estate best professionals.
Alberto Savarola Avella
Alberto Savarola Avella was born in 1986 in Milan. After his degree in Architecture and building production, in 2010 he inherits the family company which at the time was in crisis. He starts selecting trustworthy clients and totally changes his approach. The company starts to grow and it improves its business unit. The turnover goes from 6 millions in 2012 to almost 20 millions in 2019.
Nowadays Alberto Savarola Avella manages a group of more than 70 people and different companies in the real state sector. The group companies embrace all sectors, from the general contractor to short term leases, from the realization of technological implants to maintenance.
In 2019, he suggested a first project of real estate crowd funding for an operation in the suburbs of Milan. He collected more than 500.000 € in equity and started a new project which would become a club deal dedicated to various opportunities and divided into risk categories among “family&friends”.
His motto is “there is always a solution: the main question is we only need to understand which perspective we have to look at the problem from”. His history is an example, this is the reason why he entered Quid.
