Francesca Passerini
Francesca Passerini got her degree in Law at Università Statale in Milan in 1986. During her legal training years she mainly focused on real estate and family legislation. She had been practising in one of the most outstanding legal office of the town. Since 1992, after becoming Counselor, she has been carrying on on these 2 legal branches.
In the family legislation field Francesca distinguishes herself for her passion towards women’s rights: she becomes Member of the Committee for Equal Opportunities; she takes parts and coordinates in the CdO of the Lawyers in Milan and the China Mission in 2006 in order to acquire some knowledge on the family right in the East; she becomes responsible for the movement Save the Woman in the Lombardy Region. During the years she has won both national and international awards.
As for the real estate field, Francesca Passerini interacts with the main international players. Besides collaborating with real estate big investors funds, she specializes in the real estates sale of both companies and private. Her skills in this branch of the law reward her with the Legal Week British Legal Award, as the best European marketing manager.
Now her skills have become available even at Quid’s.
Luca Zona
Born in Milan on May 18, 1964.
Graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1988.
Appointed Notary with registered office in Cologno Monzese in February 1996 and since January 1998 with registered office in Milan.
Lecturer at the School of Notaries in Lombardy for the years 1996/1997 in the “Voluntary Jurisdiction” course.
Luciano Fraccaroli
Luciano Fraccaroli was born in 1950 in Milan to an entrepreneur family. In his early age he started following his father’s building sites. Soon after his diploma he got his degree in Civil Structural Engineering. Soon after his studies he attended financial commercial and technical specialization courses. Meanwhile,
he took care of his family’s enterprise. The real estate turn out to be a passion for him, even more than a simple business. In 1990 he became the sole administrator of all companies of the Group. These here mentioned companies deal with real estates management, acquisition, building and/or restoration. Today, Luciano Fraccaroli owns about 40 fully completed buildings. He is, however, still willing to carry on in his achievements, that is the reason why he enters the Quid worlds.
Luca Di Benedetto
Luca Di Benedetto was born in 1970. After his studies he starts exploring the labour market. He challenges himself in multiple sectors, from food service to fashion. This challenge nonetheless enables him to acquire many different skills. Among the mentioned there is one with Counselor Mancini in Milan specialized in the real estate field.
Starting from this first experience, Luca Di Benedetto becomes very passionate for the Real Estate. He starts getting his skills by developing important international relationships. The acquisition of skills allows him even to manage greater real estate properties. His clients start demanding advice concerning both real estate investments and many other subjects. His legal skills prove to be of a great help and support his business.
Nowadays, Luca Di Benedetto is an empathic team manager who interfaces with all over the world collaborators. His many experiences have taught him how to adapt to every situations as well as to continuously carry on learning.
His history is a proof, that is the reason why he entered Quid.
